Marriage Savers - Prayer Team

Since the inception of this ministry we have recognized the power and essential nature of prayer—both for those lay people who are involved in ministering through this ministry—and for those couples who are being ministered to. While many Skyliners write regular prayer requests via the worship services’ “Communication Card”, including for marriage relationships, the Marriage Prayer Team focuses on praying for those in this ministry and those receiving help specifically. This aspect is headed by Fred & Pam Luschei.

About Fred & Pam Luschei

fgr Fred and Pam Luschei have been married 27 years. They have two grown children, a 21 year old son who attends Oklahoma Wesleyan University and their 23 year old daughter, who lives and works in Washington DC. They have attended Skyline for 22 years. Fred works at Hanson Aggregates, while Pam works part time in the La Mesa Spring Valley School District. In addition, Pam is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and has a part-time private practice. Fred has been involved in the Prayer and Healing Ministry at Skyline for 9 years and is a board member on the Missions Board at Skyline. Pam ministers as well in the Prayer Porch Ministry, as well as a participant on the "My Therapist ‘Sez’…" panel. They recently were able to be a part of the missions team that went to Costa Rica to minister to the Brazos de Amor Wesleyan Church. In addition, they lead a weekly Home Group at Skyline. They have been a part of the Marriage Savers Ministry since it began at Skyline. Their desire is to see couples experience the power of God as they pray for each other and their marriage.
